- Provide legal guidance and support to the organization on corporate law matters.

- Review and negotiate complex contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Conduct legal research and analyze legal issues to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal advice and solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
- Conduct legal training for employees on relevant legal topics.

- Mentor and guide junior legal team members as needed.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience As A Corporate Counsel In A Reputable Organization.
Extensive Knowledge Of Corporate Law And Regulations, Including Contract Negotiation, Intellectual Property, And Compliance.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Legal Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Providing Strategic Legal Advice And Support To Senior Management In Making Critical Business Decisions.
