- Lead and manage Oracle JDEdwards SCM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and provide strategic recommendations for the implementation of Oracle JDEdwards SCM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions that meet client needs and align with business goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle JDEdwards SCM, providing guidance and support to clients and team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance and improve our SCM solutions.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues during project execution, ensuring project success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Train and mentor junior team members on Oracle JDEdwards SCM functionality and best practices.
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within the SCM domain.
- Continuously monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
- Represent Infosys as a thought leader at industry events and conferences.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Extensive Experience In Oracle Jdedwards Scm: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience Working With Jdedwards Supply Chain Management Modules, Particularly In Configuring And Implementing The System For Clients.
Strong Functional Expertise: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Supply Chain Management Processes, Including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, And Logistics. They Should Also Possess Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Be Able To Provide Strategic Recommendations To Clients.
Proven Track Record In Project Delivery: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Jdedwards Scm Implementation Projects, Preferably In A Consulting Environment. They Should Have Experience In Managing End-To-End Project Lifecycles, From Requirements Gathering To Post-Implementation Support.
Excellent Communication And Client Management Skills: As A Senior Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Work Closely With Clients, Understanding Their Business Needs And Translating Them Into Effective Solutions. Therefore, Strong Communication And Client Management Skills Are Crucial For This Role.
Certification In Oracle Jdedwards Scm: The Candidate Should Possess Relevant Certifications In Oracle Jdedwards Scm Modules, Demonstrating Their In-Depth Knowledge And Expertise In The Field. This Could Include Certifications In Procurement, Inventory Management, Or Distribution And Logistics.
