- Manage and maintain complex computer systems, specifically SCCM and InTune.
- Ensure the smooth operation of SCCM and InTune systems on a day-to-day basis.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve system issues.
- Proactively monitor system performance and security, and implement necessary updates and patches.
- Create and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Work with vendors and external partners to resolve system-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SCCM and InTune.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SCCM and InTune.

Knowledge Of Microsoft Technologies And Cloud Platforms: A Thorough Understanding Of Microsoft Technologies Such As Windows Server, Active Directory, And Azure Is Essential For An Effective Sccm & Intune System Administrator. Experience With Cloud Platforms And Hybrid Environments Is Also Preferred.
