- Train and educate employees on risk and compliance policies and procedures.
- Handle any compliance inquiries or issues from stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of risk and compliance processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure all risk and compliance requirements are met.
- Proactively identify and address potential compliance issues to prevent legal or financial consequences.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Risk And Compliance Analysis Within A Corporate Or Consulting Environment.
Knowledge Of Industry-Specific Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Gdpr Or Sox.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret And Analyze Data To Identify Potential Risks And Compliance Gaps.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Stakeholders At All Levels Within An Organization.
