QA SAP Delivery Manager

Infosys is looking for an experienced, results-oriented QA SAP Delivery Manager to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality SAP solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP quality assurance, project management and customer engagement, as well as a commitment to excellence. Our successful candidate should have a passion for developing and maintaining successful relationships with clients, a keen eye for detail and an ability to manage multiple projects at once.We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; at least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and SAP; excellent interpersonal skills; and a commitment to delivering the highest quality solutions. An advanced degree in a relevant field and/or experience with ERP systems is preferred. Responsibilities: • Ensure successful delivery of high-quality SAP solutions • Develop and maintain successful relationships with clients • Manage multiple projects simultaneously • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders • Identify and document risks and issues • Monitor the quality assurance process and provide guidance and feedback to stakeholders • Implement best practices and procedures for quality assurance • Stay up-to-date with SAP trends and best practices • Work with stakeholders to ensure that solutions are meeting their requirements • Monitor customer satisfaction and work to resolve any customer issues or complaints • Develop and implement strategies to proactively address potential risks and issues
