Job Description

Infosys is looking for a passionate and committed QA SAP Delivery Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. As a QA SAP Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of successful QA projects within the SAP space. You will be an integral part of the team, helping to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard of quality.To be successful in this role, you must have experience in SAP QA processes and methodologies, as well as a strong understanding of the SAP product portfolio. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent problem-solving skills. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work both independently and collaboratively. Additionally, you should have a strong customer service mindset, and be comfortable dealing with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the successful delivery of QA projects within the SAP space.
  2. Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard of quality.
  3. Utilize SAP QA processes and methodologies.
  4. Possess strong understanding of SAP product portfolio.
  5. Work in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
  6. Communicate and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Possess a customer service mindset to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
  9. Monitor project progress and report any issues to stakeholders.
  10. Manage project budgets and timelines.
