Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Project Manager at Infosys, you will be a critical part of our team, responsible for ensuring the highest quality of the company’s products and services. Your excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail will be essential as you manage the QA process and ensure the successful completion of our projects.To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, with 5+ years of experience in software QA and project management. You must also have a proven track record of success in managing QA teams and projects, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for quality assurance, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement QA processes and procedures to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  2. Manage QA teams and projects to ensure that products and services meet the highest quality standards.
  3. Analyze projects and identify areas of improvement for the quality assurance process.
  4. Monitor and report on project progress and quality assurance results.
  5. Identify and resolve any issues with the QA process.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
  7. Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  8. Prepare and present performance and progress reports to stakeholders.
  9. Utilize problem-solving and analytical skills to provide solutions and overcome challenges.
  10. Remain up to date with the latest QA trends and best practices.
