Job Description

Infosys Consulting is a global management consulting firm helping some of the world’s most recognizable brands transform and innovate. As a Principal, you will play a key role in solution design and delivery of SCM strategy, business process, and technology enabled business programs. Lead and manage a team of consultants to develop concise and practical strategies, roadmap and/or re-engineering program recommendations with a clear implementation path. Contribute to practice growth and vitality through roles such as recruitment, training and retention. Coach and develop junior team members to deliver quality results and promote professional development. Develop and build relationships at senior management and CXO levels.

Job Qualifications

  • 7 years of relevant work experience

  • Managed ~4-5 management consulting engagements of varies levels of complexity and scope

  • Ability to travel 4-5 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations.

  • Experience in optimization techniques like Lean six sigma preferred

Compensation
