Principal SAP Data Migration Consultant

At Infosys, we are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Principal SAP Data Migration Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the data migration tasks of major SAP implementation projects, from analysis to execution.The ideal candidate should possess strong technical background and extensive experience in data migration, coupled with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The Principal SAP Data Migration Consultant must possess a high degree of initiative, be proactive and demonstrate a sense of ownership and accountability.The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field and possess at least 8 years of experience in data migration and/or SAP implementation projects. In addition, the candidate should have deep experience in SAP's data migration methodology, data analysis, data modelling, and data cleansing. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage data migration tasks for SAP implementations from analysis to execution.
2. Utilize strong technical background and extensive experience in data migration.
3. Provide excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
4. Demonstrate a high degree of initiative, proactivity, ownership, and accountability.
5. Implement SAP's data migration methodology, data analysis, data modelling, and data cleansing.
6. Manage SAP Business Suite and/or SAP S/4HANA.
7. Train and mentor team members on data migration processes and best practices.
8. Monitor and troubleshoot data migration issues.
9. Create and maintain data migration related documentation.
10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders on project status and progress.
