  1. Provide strategic direction for SAP TM projects and initiatives within the organization.
  2. Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP TM and related technologies, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  3. Lead and manage the team of SAP TM consultants in delivering high-quality solutions and services to clients.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of current systems and processes, and make recommendations for improvement and optimization.
  6. Design and implement SAP TM solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
  7. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for SAP TM implementations and upgrades.
  8. Provide guidance and support to junior consultants, ensuring their professional development and growth within the organization.
  9. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
  10. Maintain a high level of expertise in SAP TM and related technologies, constantly seeking opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP TM with other enterprise applications.
  12. Stay updated on industry advancements and new releases in SAP TM, and make recommendations for their adoption within the organization.
  13. Contribute to pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise and participating in client presentations and demonstrations.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing within the team.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Sap Transportation Management (Tm) Software: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Sap Tm, Including Implementation, Customization, And Support.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain And Logistics Processes: As A Principal Enterprise Applications Sap Tm Consultant, It Is Essential To Have A Deep Understanding Of Supply Chain And Logistics Processes To Effectively Design And Implement Solutions For Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Lead A Team Of Consultants. Strong Interpersonal Skills And The Ability To Work Collaboratively Are Also Important.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery: Infosys Is Looking For Candidates Who Have A Track Record Of Delivering Successful Sap Tm Projects Within Budget And On Schedule. Experience With Managing Large And Complex Projects Is Highly Desirable.

  • Sap Tm Certification: Holding A Certification In Sap Tm Is A Strong Indication Of A Candidate's Knowledge And Expertise In This Area. Infosys May Prioritize Candidates With This Certification Over Those Without It.
