Extensive Experience In Product Engineering: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Strong Background In Product Engineering, With At Least 10 Years Of Experience In This Field. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Product Development Process, From Concept To Launch, And Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Principal Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Engineers And Guiding Them Through Various Stages Of The Product Development Lifecycle. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Be Able To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, And Have A Strategic Mindset To Drive The Project Forward.
Excellent Technical Knowledge: To Excel In This Role, The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Various Technologies And Tools Used In Product Engineering, Such As Agile Methodologies, Devops, Cloud Computing, And Software Development Languages. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Emerging Technologies And Trends In The Industry.
