Infosys is looking for an experienced Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Consultant to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for providing solutions and best practices to our clients to help them optimize their Oracle CC&B implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful Oracle CC&B implementations, a deep understanding of the software, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems. Furthermore, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a team player, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical solutions and best practices to clients for optimizing Oracle CC&B implementations.
  2. Troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems related to Oracle CC&B.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle CC&B software and industry standards.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful implementations.
  5. Work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  6. Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
  7. Develop and document processes for successful Oracle CC&B implementations.
  8. Monitor and report on project progress.
  9. Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  10. Ensure successful completion of Oracle CC&B implementations.
