- Lead and manage a team of Oracle OTM professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans and strategies in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on Oracle OTM best practices and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project issues and risks.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines and budgets are met.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle OTM and stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.
- Communicate project updates and progress to senior management and stakeholders.

- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities for Oracle OTM services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Act as a liaison between the team and clients to manage expectations and maintain strong relationships.
- Stay updated on project management methodologies and tools to continuously improve project delivery processes.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Oracle Transportation Management (Otm) Software, Including Strong Knowledge Of The Latest Versions And Modules.
Proven Experience In Leading Large-Scale Implementation Projects For Otm At Multiple Client Sites.
Extensive Knowledge Of Supply Chain And Logistics Processes, And Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Efficient Otm Solutions.
Strong Understanding Of Integration Capabilities And Experience In Integrating Otm With Other Enterprise Systems Such As Erp, Wms, And Tms.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Clients And Stakeholders.
