Job Description

Welcome to Infosys, a leading global consulting and technology services company. We are currently looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Manufacturing Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end solutions and support for our clients' Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient and effective system solutions.   1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules and their functionalities.
  2. Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide efficient and effective solutions using Oracle EBS Manufacturing.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Oracle EBS Manufacturing solutions.
  4. Conduct system analysis and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization of manufacturing processes.
  5. Configure and customize Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules to meet client's specific business needs.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors related to Oracle EBS Manufacturing.
  7. Create and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
  8. Train end-users on the use of Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Oracle EBS Manufacturing and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement best practices for Oracle EBS Manufacturing.
  11. Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
  12. Provide timely and accurate status updates to project managers and stakeholders.
  13. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality solutions within budget.
  14. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks or issues and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures related to Oracle EBS Manufacturing.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Knowledge Of Oracle Ebs Manufacturing Modules: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Oracle Ebs Manufacturing Modules, Including But Not Limited To Inventory, Bills Of Material, Work In Process, And Quality Management. They Should Have Experience In Configuring, Implementing, And Troubleshooting These Modules In A Manufacturing Environment.

  • Experience In End-To-End Implementation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Implementing Oracle Ebs Manufacturing Solutions For Clients. This Includes Gathering Business Requirements, Designing Solutions, And Leading The Implementation Process From Start To Finish.

  • Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes, Both Discrete And Process Manufacturing. They Should Be Familiar With Industry Best Practices And Be Able To Recommend Solutions That Align With A Company's Manufacturing Operations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Functional Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Analyzing Complex Business Requirements And Providing Solutions That Meet The Client's Needs. They Should Have The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Issues In The System And Provide Recommendations For Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Clients And Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Gather Requirements, Communicate Solutions, And Build Strong Relationships With Clients And Team Members.
