  1. Provide expert advice and guidance on Oracle EBS Finance modules to clients and team members.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design appropriate solutions using Oracle EBS Finance.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  5. Create and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of solutions within budget.
  6. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Train and mentor team members on Oracle EBS Finance best practices and methodologies.
  8. Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies to enhance service delivery.
  9. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Oracle EBS Finance and share knowledge with the team.
  10. Provide post-implementation support to clients and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  11. Ensure compliance with company and industry policies, standards, and procedures.
  12. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
  13. Collaborate with other teams within Infosys to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Infosys in a positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Knowledge Of Oracle Ebs Finance Modules: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding And Experience In Implementing Oracle Ebs Finance Modules Such As General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, And Fixed Assets.

  • Experience In End-To-End Implementation: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Oracle Ebs Finance Modules From Requirement Gathering To Post-Implementation Support.

  • Business Process Understanding: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Finance Business Processes And Should Be Able To Recommend Best Practices And Process Improvements To Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Client Management Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients And Manage Client Expectations. They Should Also Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Oracle Certifications: The Candidate Should Hold Relevant Oracle Certifications In Ebs Finance Modules, Demonstrating Their Expertise And Proficiency In The Subject Matter. These Certifications Include Oracle Financials Cloud: General Ledger 2019 Certified Implementation Specialist And Oracle Financials Cloud: Payables 2019 Certified Implementation Specialist.
