Mainframe SDET Test Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers in developing and testing high-quality mainframe software products • Design and implement mainframe software development and testing processes, ensuring alignment with best practices • Design and develop automated and manual mainframe application testing strategies • Troubleshoot complex problems in the mainframe software development and testing process • Mentor and guide a team of engineers, providing guidance and support as needed • Maintain knowledge of current mainframe software engineering best practices • Monitor team progress and quality of work • Communicate project status and changes effectively to stakeholders
