Mainframe SDET Test Lead

Infosys is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Mainframe SDET Test Lead to join our growing team. Responsibilities of Mainframe SDET Test Lead:

1. Design, develop, and execute automated tests for mainframe applications.
2. Work with developers and business stakeholders to define and document testing requirements and strategies.
3. Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
4. Analyze software requirements and develop detailed test plans and test cases.
5. Ensure that all automated tests are accurately and effectively executed.
6. Monitor and track quality assurance metrics to identify trends and issues.
7. Identify potential risks and issues related to software development and testing.
8. Participate in peer reviews of test plans and test cases.
9. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
10. Stay abreast of the latest technologies, trends and best practices in software testing.
