Lead Salesforce Consultant

The ideal candidate must possess strong communication and technical skills, an understanding of Salesforce best practices, and a passion for customer service.You will be responsible for leading internal and external teams to design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with business units to gather requirements, create solutions, and develop and implement Salesforce configurations. In addition, you will monitor and optimize existing applications, provide technical guidance to junior team members, and partner with other departments to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing support.To be a successful Lead Salesforce Consultant, you must have a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience, a working knowledge of Salesforce customization and configuration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. You should also be an excellent communicator and a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively to solve problems. Above all, you must be passionate about helping our clients succeed.
