- Lead and manage a team of Coupa professionals to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their procurement and supply chain processes and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest Coupa features and updates to continuously enhance our offerings to clients.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and team members to ensure seamless adoption and usage of Coupa solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Coupa and provide guidance to team members and clients.
- Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks during project implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide ongoing support.
- Participate in sales activities and contribute to proposals and client presentations.
- Stay updated on market trends and competition to provide insights for business growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to optimize project delivery and client satisfaction.
Extensive Experience With Coupa Implementation And Configuration: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working With Coupa And Should Be Well-Versed In Its Implementation And Configuration Processes.
Strong Technical Skills: A Lead Coupa Consultant Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Coupa's Technical Architecture And Be Proficient In Coding Languages Such As Java And Html. They Should Also Have Experience With Integrations And Customizations Within The Coupa Platform.
Project Management Skills: As A Lead Coupa Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing The Entire Implementation Process, Including Timelines, Resources, And Budget. Therefore, Strong Project Management Skills And The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously Are Essential.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Abilities: This Role Involves Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients. The Candidate Should Have Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, And Should Be Able To Lead And Motivate Team Members Effectively.
