  1. Develop and implement innovative strategies and solutions using QAD ERP system to meet client's business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of consultants to deliver high-quality and timely solutions to clients.
  3. Understand client's business processes and provide expert advice on how to optimize and streamline them using QAD ERP.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of QAD ERP with other systems and processes.
  5. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in QAD ERP and provide recommendations for improvements and updates to clients.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert on QAD ERP, providing guidance and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in QAD ERP.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  9. Work closely with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities and promote QAD ERP services to potential clients.
  10. Ensure project timelines and budgets are met, and deliverables are of high quality.
  11. Maintain accurate documentation of project details, progress, and deliverables.
  12. Act as a mentor and coach for team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Qad Erp: The Lead Consultant At Infosys Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Qad Erp And Its Various Modules. They Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Qad Erp In A Consulting Role.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: The Lead Consultant Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills To Successfully Lead And Deliver Qad Erp Implementation Projects. They Should Be Able To Effectively Plan, Execute, And Monitor Project Timelines, Resources, And Budgets.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Lead Consultant, The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Clients, Team Members, And Stakeholders. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Leadership And Team Management Abilities: The Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Consultants. They Should Have The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members To Achieve Project Goals And Deliver High-Quality Solutions.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Business Processes: The Lead Consultant Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And How Qad Erp Can Be Leveraged To Optimize And Streamline Them. They Should Be Able To Analyze And Map Business Requirements To Qad Erp Functionalities To Provide The Best Solutions To Clients.
