- Provide expert guidance and leadership in Oracle HCM Cloud functional consulting to successfully deliver projects
- Lead and drive project teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and team members
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Oracle HCM Cloud and share knowledge with the team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for future projects
- Take ownership of project deliverables and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Conduct training and workshops for clients to increase their understanding and adoption of Oracle HCM Cloud
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as technical consultants and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client requirements
- Continuously assess and improve processes and methodologies to optimize project delivery and client satisfaction.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Functional Consultant In Oracle Hcm Cloud, With A Strong Focus On The Geneva Module.
In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Processes, Specifically In The Areas Of Payroll, Benefits, And Compensation.
Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Large Scale Implementations Of Oracle Hcm Cloud For Multinational Clients.
Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Extensive Experience In Configuring, Customizing, And Troubleshooting Oracle Hcm Cloud Applications, Including But Not Limited To Core Hr, Absence Management, And Talent Management.
