  4. Serve as the subject matter expert for Kronos UKG Dimensions, staying up-to-date with the latest updates and features and providing recommendations to clients.
  5. Train and mentor team members on Kronos UKG Dimensions best practices and assist in their professional development.
  6. Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure project success.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders to provide regular updates, address any issues or concerns, and manage expectations.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks during Kronos UKG Dimensions implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Kronos UKG Dimensions with other systems and technologies.
  10. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of Kronos UKG Dimensions solutions.
  11. Continuously analyze and improve processes and procedures related to Kronos UKG Dimensions implementation to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge Of Kronos Ukg Dimensions: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Kronos Ukg Dimensions, Including Its Modules, Functionalities, And Best Practices. This Includes Experience In Implementation, Configuration, And Customization Of The Software.

  • Technical Expertise: The Kronos Ukg Dimensions Lead Consultant Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Java, And Javascript. They Should Also Have Experience With Database Management And Integrations With Other Systems.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Lead Consultant, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Oversee And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously. They Should Be Able To Create Project Plans, Set Timelines, And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Leading Teams: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Consultants. This Includes Providing Guidance, Mentoring, And Training To Team Members, As Well As Delegating Tasks And Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Project Deliverables.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Kronos Ukg Dimensions Lead Consultant Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As They Will Be Required To Interact With Clients, Understand Their Requirements, And Provide Solutions. They Should Also Have The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
