  3. Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide customized solutions to meet those needs.
  4. Communicate complex technical information to non-technical clients in a clear and understandable manner.
  5. Stay updated on the latest technology and industry trends to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
  6. Take ownership of technical issues and follow through until resolution, keeping clients informed throughout the process.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and network engineers, to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and requests promptly and effectively.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all technical support activities and client interactions.
  10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations for enhancing the overall customer experience.
  11. Act as a technical resource for junior support engineers and assist with their training and development.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols, to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of client data.
  13. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify potential technical opportunities and provide technical expertise during client presentations.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact clients.
  15. Stay organized and prioritize tasks to effectively manage a high volume of support requests and meet established service level agreements.
