1. Develop and implement a comprehensive infrastructure security strategy for the company, ensuring the protection of all IT systems and assets.
2. Lead a team of security professionals to ensure the timely and effective implementation of security measures.
3. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans.
4. Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation within the organization.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of IT infrastructure design and implementation.
6. Monitor and respond to security incidents, and lead the incident response and recovery efforts.
7. Conduct regular training and awareness programs to educate employees on information security best practices.
8. Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security standards.
9. Work closely with external vendors and partners to ensure the security of all third-party systems and services.
10. Maintain and update disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the resiliency of IT infrastructure in case of any security breaches or disasters.
11. Act as a point of contact for all security-related matters and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
12. Regularly report on the status of infrastructure security to senior management and make recommendations for improvement.
