  1. Provide technical support and assistance to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their IT systems.
  2. Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of Infosys' technology and services in order to effectively assist clients.
  4. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
  5. Conduct research and utilize available resources to find solutions to technical issues.
  6. Document and track all client interactions and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
  7. Proactively identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  8. Communicate with clients in a clear and concise manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  9. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to provide the best possible support to clients.
  10. Work closely with other departments and teams within Infosys to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  11. Participate in training programs to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality guidelines.
  13. Collaborate with senior team members to develop and implement new processes and procedures for efficient client support.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients and colleagues at all times.
  15. Complete all assigned tasks and projects within given deadlines.
