  1. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients to ensure successful and long-lasting relationships.
  2. Understand clients' business goals and challenges in order to provide tailored solutions.
  3. Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional results.
  4. Take ownership of client engagements and serve as the primary point of contact for all communication and escalations.
  5. Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions for clients.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  8. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Develop and track project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  10. Mentor and guide team members to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
  11. Serve as a brand ambassador for Infosys and uphold our values and standards in all client interactions.
  12. Continuously monitor and measure client satisfaction and take proactive steps to address any concerns or issues.
  13. Travel to client sites as needed to build and maintain relationships and provide on-site support.
  14. Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
  15. Contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of Infosys through sharing of best practices and ideas.
