  1. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
  2. Develop and implement Pyspark scripts and programs for data processing and analysis.
  3. Design and execute AB testing experiments to optimize business processes and strategies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
  5. Utilize statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to extract meaningful insights from data.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data science to continuously improve processes and techniques.
  8. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency throughout the analysis process.
  9. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in data.
  10. Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and enhance data infrastructure and systems.
  11. Train and mentor junior data analysts on best practices and new techniques.
  12. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive data.
  13. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
  14. Adhere to project deadlines and deliver quality work within given timeframes.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of new data science initiatives.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Pyspark: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Pyspark, A Popular Open-Source Framework For Big Data Processing. They Should Have Experience In Using Pyspark For Data Manipulation, Transformation, And Analysis.

  • Knowledge Of Ab Testing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Ab Testing Methodologies And Techniques. They Should Be Able To Design And Execute Ab Tests, Analyze Results, And Make Data-Driven Decisions Based On The Findings.

  • Experience With Data Science: The Candidate Should Have A Background In Data Science And Be Familiar With Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning, And Predictive Analytics. They Should Be Able To Apply These Techniques To Solve Real-World Business Problems.

  • Strong Programming Skills: The Candidate Should Have Strong Programming Skills In Python, As Well As Experience With Sql And Other Data Querying Languages. They Should Be Able To Write Efficient Code To Manipulate And Analyze Large Datasets.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Analysis And Insights To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
