1. Provide functional expertise in D365 CRM to support the successful delivery of projects for clients.

4. Configure and customize D365 CRM to meet client requirements.
5. Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional design documents and test scripts.

8. Stay updated on the latest D365 CRM features and functionalities and make recommendations for their implementation.

11. Attend and actively participate in team meetings, client meetings, and status updates.
