Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain the product vision and strategy to ensure successful adoption of Coupa across the enterprise -Collaborate with executive sponsors, stakeholders, and end users to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction -Plan and execute product management and project management initiatives -Analyze customer feedback to develop creative solutions to complex problems -Ensure product quality and customer experience is maintained -Conduct user testing and research to ensure product development is in line with customer needs -Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders -Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure product availability and smooth operation -Create and maintain product documentation -Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers
