  1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive growth and achieve revenue targets in the media and entertainment industry.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and needs.
  3. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients, addressing their specific business needs and challenges.
  5. Communicate effectively and persuasively with clients to articulate the value of Infosys' services and solutions.
  6. Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  7. Act as a consultant to clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic recommendations to drive their success.
  8. Stay updated on competitors' activities and identify areas for differentiation and improvement.
  9. Build and maintain a strong network within the media and entertainment industry, attending conferences and events to expand the company's presence and generate new leads.
  10. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  11. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and support.
  12. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the sales process and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Client Partner, Effective Communication And Relationship-Building Skills Are Crucial. They Should Be Able To Confidently Present To Clients, Negotiate Deals, And Collaborate With Internal Teams To Deliver Value To Clients.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: In This Role, The Client Partner Will Be Responsible For Developing And Implementing Sales Strategies To Drive Business Growth.
