- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing manufacturing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of manufacturing clients.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the manufacturing industry to generate leads and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Infosys, promoting our services and values to potential and existing clients.
- Mentor and coach junior sales team members, sharing industry knowledge and best practices.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical conduct and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously strive to improve sales processes and techniques to achieve optimal results.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Manufacturing Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Technology, Including Industry 4.0 And Digital Transformation.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Focus On Building Long-Term Client Relationships.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With Clients At All Levels Of An Organization.
