  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and revenue within the manufacturing sector.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients in the manufacturing industry.
  3. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing manufacturing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of manufacturing clients.
  5. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition.
  6. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  7. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the manufacturing industry to generate leads and referrals.
  8. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  9. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for both the client and the company.
  10. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Infosys, promoting our services and values to potential and existing clients.
  12. Mentor and coach junior sales team members, sharing industry knowledge and best practices.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical conduct and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  14. Continuously strive to improve sales processes and techniques to achieve optimal results.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Manufacturing Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes And Technology, Including Industry 4.0 And Digital Transformation.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Focus On Building Long-Term Client Relationships.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With Clients At All Levels Of An Organization.
