At Infosys, we are looking for a Business Consultant - SAP Ariba to join our team and provide expert solutions and services to our customers. You will be the go-to person for the latest SAP Ariba technology, and you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are seeking an individual with a passion for business consulting and technology, who is able to deliver exceptional customer service, and who is a driven and creative problem-solver. To be successful in this role, you must have experience with the SAP Ariba suite of products, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking expert advice on SAP Ariba solutions and services
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop creative solutions to meet their needs
  • Design, develop, test, and implement SAP Ariba applications
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of customers on SAP Ariba products
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services and solutions
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for customers
  • Monitor customer feedback and recommend product enhancements
  • Identify areas of improvement and suggest innovative solutions
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for customer-facing materials
  • Maintain detailed records of customer conversations and feedback

Job Qualifications

  • Finance

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree In Business Administration

  • Accounting Or Related Field

  • + Years Of Professional Experience In The Field Of Sap Ariba

  • Strong Knowledge Of Sap Ariba Modules

  • Including Procurement

  • Invoicing

  • And Spend Analytics

  • Demonstrated Experience With Ariba Network And Ariba Buyer

  • Understanding Of The Ariba Best Practices
