  1. Design and implement data pipelines and analytics solutions using Azure Databricks.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement effective solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain scalable and reliable data processing systems.
  4. Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in data pipelines.
  5. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data engineering and Databricks development.
  6. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide innovative solutions.
  7. Train and mentor junior data engineers on Databricks best practices and techniques.
  8. Ensure data governance and compliance with relevant regulations.
  9. Communicate project progress and issues to project managers and stakeholders.
  10. Continuously improve and automate existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  11. Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure seamless integration of data solutions.
  12. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of data pipelines to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  13. Document technical specifications, data flows, and process workflows.
  14. Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues.
  15. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Azure Databricks: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Azure Databricks And Its Various Components Such As Clusters, Notebooks, Jobs, And Libraries. They Should Be Familiar With Databricks Architecture And Have Experience In Deploying And Managing Databricks Workloads.

  • Experience With Big Data Technologies: The Candidate Should Have Hands-On Experience Working With Big Data Technologies Such As Hadoop, Spark, And Hive. They Should Be Able To Design And Implement Scalable Data Pipelines And Perform Data Transformations Using These Technologies.

  • Programming Skills: The Candidate Should Be Proficient In Programming Languages Such As Python, Scala, Or Java. They Should Have Experience In Writing Efficient And Optimized Code For Data Processing And Analysis. Knowledge Of Sql And Data Warehousing Concepts Is Also Desirable.

  • Cloud Computing Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Cloud Computing Concepts And Experience Working With Azure Cloud Services. They Should Be Able To Leverage Azure Services Such As Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage, And Azure Sql Database For Building End-To-End Data Solutions.

  • Communication And Teamwork: The Candidate Should Have Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment. They Should Be Able To Collaborate With Business Stakeholders, Data Engineers, And Data Scientists To Understand Requirements And Deliver High-Quality Solutions. Strong Problem-Solving Skills And A Proactive Attitude Are Also Essential For This Role.
