Azure AD Security Lead

This role requires a passionate individual who is comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and has the technical and leadership skills necessary to secure our data in the cloud.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing security protocols, and a deep knowledge of Azure Active Directory and its associated security components. We’re looking for a leader who is both detail-oriented and able to think strategically, who is comfortable working in a team environment and can communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Qualifications for this position include:• 5+ years of experience in information security• 3+ years of experience with Azure Active Directory• A Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science or a related field• Advanced knowledge of security protocols and best practices• Proven ability to develop and implement security policies• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement security protocols to protect the organization's data in the cloud.
2. Monitor and maintain the security of Azure Active Directory and its associated components.
3. Analyze security threats and vulnerabilities and take appropriate action to address them.
4. Create and enforce security policies and procedures.
5. Document security processes and procedures.
6. Train and mentor team members on security protocols and best practices.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure security compliance.
8. Stay up-to-date on the latest security technologies and trends.
9. Monitor and investigate security incidents.
10. Develop reports and analyze data to identify trends and potential security risks.
