Autodesk PLM Consultant

Infosys is seeking a highly experienced Autodesk PLM Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and have the necessary skills and qualifications to excel in this role. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in Autodesk PLM, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an eagerness to learn new technologies and deliver the highest quality of service to our customers. The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a minimum of 5 years of Autodesk PLM experience, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of PLM processes, tools and techniques is essential. In addition, experience with Autodesk Vault Professional and Autodesk Inventor Professional is highly desirable. Responsibilities:

1. Provide customer service and technical support related to Autodesk PLM
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Autodesk PLM
3. Work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of accuracy
4. Analyze customer requirements and develop solutions based on Autodesk PLM
5. Design, configure, and develop Autodesk PLM applications
6. Implement and maintain Autodesk PLM processes, tools, and techniques
7. Train and mentor other team members on Autodesk PLM
8. Monitor and report on project progress
9. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications to complete assigned tasks
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to Autodesk PLM
