Associate Partner- Talent and Organization

Responsibilities:

• Lead efforts to develop and implement innovative Talent and Organization strategies • Monitor and analyze Talent and Organization trends to identify areas for improvement • Create and maintain Talent and Organization policies and procedures • Translate strategic vision into actionable deliverables and tasks • Coach and mentor team members to ensure successful implementation of strategies • Provide guidance and support for team members to ensure they reach their full potential • Develop and manage relationships with external stakeholders to maximize resources • Monitor and evaluate Talent and Organization initiatives to ensure successful implementation and optimization • Make recommendations and take corrective action when needed • Provide regular and accurate reports on progress and performance of Talent and Organization initiatives.
