Associate Partner- Talent and Organization

Infosys is seeking an experienced Associate Partner- Talent and Organization to join our team. This individual will be a key member of our organization and will be responsible for leading our global talent and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate should have an extensive background in the areas of talent development, organizational design, and leadership development. We are looking for someone who has a “big picture” mindset and is able to bring innovative approaches to our organization.The successful candidate must possess a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role with a global organization; and have a proven track record of successful talent and organizational initiatives. The candidate should also have an extensive understanding of the business and technical aspects of organizational design and implementation. The successful candidate will be a strong leader, a problem-solver, an excellent communicator, and have a passion for developing talent and organizations.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage global talent and organizational initiatives in line with company objectives.
2. Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition and development, organization design, and leadership development.
3. Identify and build relationships with external vendors and partners to help drive organizational success.
4. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of existing talent and organizational initiatives.
5. Analyze and identify areas of improvement and develop innovative solutions.
6. Design and implement a comprehensive performance management system.
7. Monitor and assess the performance of team members, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
8. Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
9. Provide guidance and advice to management on talent and organizational matters.
10. Monitor and analyze competitor talent and organizational initiatives.
