Associate Partner- Talent and Organization

You must also have strong knowledge of organizational design and development, succession planning, employee engagement, and change management. Additionally, you must have excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Responsibilities:

1. Design and execute comprehensive Talent and Organization strategies to maximize the performance, engagement, and potential of our people.
2. Lead, manage, and develop our team of Talent and Organization professionals.
3. Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to ensure the team’s success.
4. Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of Talent and Organization strategies.
5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of Talent and Organization strategies, and take corrective action when necessary.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Develop and execute succession planning processes and procedures.
8. Design and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.
9. Assist with the development and implementation of organization design and development strategies.
10. Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and areas of improvement.
