Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Associate Partner – Talent and Organization to join our team at Infosys. This individual should have a strong background in talent and organization management, along with a genuine commitment to helping our company reach its highest potential. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and be able to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization. To be considered for the role, applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in talent and organization management. An MBA or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of human resources and organizational development best practices, as well as the ability to develop and implement strategies for talent and organization initiatives.We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping us to reach our goals and who is excited to bring new ideas and solutions to the table. Our ideal candidate would be a creative and driven individual, eager to take on new challenges and work with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies for talent and organization initiatives
  2. Monitor and analyze current talent and organizational practices
  3. Foster relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure successful talent and organizational development
  4. Create and manage programs and initiatives to optimize talent and organization performance
  5. Utilize data and analytics to identify and address talent and organization issues
  6. Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions related to talent and organizational development
  7. Monitor and report on progress and success of talent and organization initiatives
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of strategies and initiatives
  9. Stay abreast of trends and best practices in talent and organizational development
  10. Participate in industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up to date on trends
