Strong Analytical Skills: The Candidate Must Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Be Able To Interpret And Analyze Large And Complex Data Sets. This Includes Proficiency In Statistical Analysis, Data Mining, And Predictive Modeling.
Programming Knowledge: The Candidate Should Have Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, Or Java. They Should Also Have Knowledge Of Database Querying Languages Like Sql And Experience With Tools Like Hadoop, Spark, Or Tableau.
Data Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Data Management, Including Data Cleaning, Data Preprocessing, And Data Integration. Knowledge Of Data Warehousing And Data Visualization Techniques Is Also Required.
Business Acumen: The Candidate Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Be Able To Translate Business Problems Into Analytical Solutions. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Insights And Recommendations To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Education And Experience: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In A Quantitative Field Such As Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Or Economics Is Required. Previous Experience In Data Science Or A Related Field Is Preferred, Along With Any Relevant Certifications.
