Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Associate Client Partner to join the Insurance team at Infosys. This role requires a customer-focused individual who can bridge the gap between client requirements and delivery. The successful candidate should have an in-depth understanding of the insurance sector and possess strong business acumen and communication skills.The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and understand their needs. They should be able to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to complex business challenges. They should also be able to provide direction to the team and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Insurance-related role. They should have a deep understanding of the insurance industry and the ability to respond to changing customer requirements. They should also have excellent presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and understand their needs.
  2. Think strategically and provide innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
  3. Provide direction to the team and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Monitor customer requirements and ensure delivery meets those requirements.
  5. Negotiate terms and conditions with customers.
  6. Present solutions and ideas to stakeholders.
  7. Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the team.
  8. Participate in industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  9. Analyze market trends and make recommendations.
  10. Stay up to date on the latest developments in the insurance industry.
