In this role, you will work closely with our life sciences clients, providing technical expertise and ensuring their success with our products and services.   1. Build and maintain strong relationships with life sciences clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries and concerns.
  2. Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring their success with our products and services.
  3. Understand clients' business needs and objectives to effectively recommend and implement technical solutions that meet their requirements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
  5. Monitor and track client usage and provide insights and recommendations to drive product adoption and usage.
  6. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to effectively advise clients on emerging solutions and opportunities.
  8. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for clients' needs and ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of any technical issues.
  9. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, and effectively communicate their value and benefits to clients.
  10. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and training sessions for clients to increase their knowledge and proficiency in using our products and services.
  11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the life sciences industry.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities using our CRM system.
  13. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior technical account managers in the team.

This Includes Effective Communication, Problem-Solving, And Conflict Resolution Skills.

  • Project Management Experience: As A Senior Technical Account Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Projects And Ensuring They Are Delivered On Time And Within Budget. Therefore, They Should Have Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Resource Allocation, And Risk Management.

  • Team Leadership: The Senior Technical Account Manager Will Lead A Team Of Technical Experts And Should Have Experience In Team Management And Leadership.
