  1. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.
  2. Develop and maintain data reporting dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  4. Utilize BI tools and techniques to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  5. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits and quality checks.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BI and data analysis.
  7. Train and mentor team members on BI and data analysis best practices.
  8. Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to streamline data analysis and reporting processes.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on BI and data analysis for the organization.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data infrastructure is optimized for reporting and analysis purposes.
  12. Lead and/or participate in special projects related to BI and data analysis as assigned.
  13. Adhere to data privacy and security protocols to protect sensitive information.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data analytics capabilities and drive innovation within the organization.
  15. Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Business Intelligence And Data Analysis: A Senior Bi & Data Analyst At Information Builders Should Have A Strong Background In Data Analytics And Business Intelligence, With At Least 5 Years Of Relevant Experience.

  • Proficiency In Data Visualization And Reporting Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Data Visualization Techniques And Have Experience Working With Industry-Standard Reporting Tools Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Qlik.

  • Advanced Sql And Programming Skills: A Senior Bi & Data Analyst Should Possess Advanced Sql Skills And Be Proficient In At Least One Programming Language, Such As Python Or R, To Manipulate And Analyze Large Datasets.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Can Effectively Analyze Complex Data Sets, Identify Patterns And Trends, And Provide Actionable Insights To Drive Business Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Bi & Data Analyst, The Candidate Will Be Required To Present Findings And Recommendations To Stakeholders Across The Organization. Therefore, Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential For This Role.
