- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive business growth and achieve mutual goals.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop joint collateral, campaigns, and events to drive partner success.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of the partner services program and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and results of the partner services program.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all partnerships are in line with company policies and regulations.
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in partner management.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company and represent our values and mission to partners and external stakeholders.
Proven Experience In Partner Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Partner Relationships And Programs, Preferably In The Software Or Technology Industry. They Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Executing Partner Strategies And Driving Revenue Growth Through Partner Channels.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Partner Services Program Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With External Partners As Well As Internal Stakeholders. Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For Effectively Communicating Goals, Expectations, And Progress To All Parties Involved.
Project And Program Management Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Project And Program Management, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Initiatives Simultaneously.
