Job Description

Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional looking for a new challenge? Information Builders is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Inside Sales to lead our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through managing a team of inside sales representatives and ensuring their success in meeting sales targets. As the Manager of Inside Sales, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and driving overall sales performance.   1. Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve revenue targets and drive overall sales performance.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and grow the customer base.
  4. Foster a positive and dynamic sales culture by providing regular coaching, feedback, and support to the inside sales team.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their expectations.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  7. Collaborate with other sales leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in sales strategies and processes.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the inside sales team.
  10. Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.
  11. Continuously strive to optimize sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  12. Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets to contribute to overall company growth.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  14. Report to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and potential opportunities or challenges.
  15. Act as a mentor and role model for the inside sales team, promoting a positive and professional work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: A Manager, Inside Sales At Information Builders Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Sales, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role. They Should Be Well-Versed In Sales Techniques And Strategies, And Possess Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.

  • Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Managing A Team Of Sales Representatives. They Should Have Strong Leadership Skills, Be Able To Mentor And Motivate Their Team, And Have A Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets.

  • Knowledge Of Information Technology: As Information Builders Specializes In Data Management And Business Intelligence Software, The Manager, Inside Sales Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Information Technology Industry. They Should Be Familiar With The Company's Products And Services, And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Their Value To Potential Clients.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Clients Is Crucial In The Sales Process. The Manager, Inside Sales Should Have Experience In Customer Relationship Management, And Be Able To Identify And Cultivate New Business Opportunities.
