- Develop and implement field and customer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns and materials that effectively communicate our products and services to the target audience.
- Plan and execute events and tradeshows to showcase our solutions and engage with potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new trends and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns to support their efforts.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate key messages to customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador at all times, representing Information Builders with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve marketing goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to reach and engage with our target audience.
- Travel as needed to attend events, meetings, and conferences.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Field And Customer Marketing, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Marketing Principles And Techniques, Particularly In Event Planning And Execution.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Internal Teams.
Proficient In Using Marketing Automation Tools And Crm Systems, Such As Salesforce Or Marketo.
