Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our IKEA team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for leading, organizing, and motivating teams to reach peak performance. The Warehouse Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse and ensuring the efficient flow of orders in and out of our facility. Qualifications: • Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role • Competence in managing and motivating a team • Experience with warehouse operations and inventory management • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment • Solid understanding of safety protocols and regulations • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and warehouse management software • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
