Job Description

At IKEA, we’re always looking for individuals with the right combination of commitment, drive, and leadership to join our Warehouse Team. As Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth, safe, and efficient warehouse operation. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about leading and developing their team, and who has the necessary qualifications to excel in this role.To be successful in this role, you’ll need a strong operational background, a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, and at least 3 years of experience in a warehouse management position. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a solid understanding of warehouse management software, and the ability to think quickly and decisively. Above all, you should be driven and motivated, with a passion for leading and developing a team.
