We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at IKEA! The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter with strong problem solving and communication skills, as well as previous warehouse experience. Our Warehouse Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse professionals and overseeing day-to-day operations of the warehouse.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent multitasking, organizational, and time management skills. You should be able to work collaboratively with other teams, as well as manage and motivate your team. A strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service is also required.
