Responsibilities:

1. Operate a forklift in compliance with safety regulations.
2. Load and unload goods in a safe and efficient manner.
3. Ensure that the warehouse is organized and maintained.
4. Maintain accurate records of all stored items.
5. Receive and process incoming orders.
6. Assist with inventory management and stock control.
7. Provide excellent customer service to customers and colleagues.
8. Monitor quality and quantity of goods received and delivered.
9. Follow safety protocols at all times.
10. Keep up-to-date with changes in warehouse procedures.
